Levance Rhymer Dies at 66

Levance Rhymer Levance "Spark" Rhymer died on Sept. 16. He was 66 years old.
He is survived by his significant other, Diane Donovan; brothers: Riel "White" Rhymer, Leon "Sandman" Rhymer and Kareem "Myett" Rhymer; sisters: Pearla Rhymer-Hodge and Edris Rhymer-Hill; nephews: Claude and Clyde Hodge, Clayton "Shaka" Rhymer, Allah, Myett and KeriJade Rhymer; and nieces: Violet "Pinky" Rhymer, Arlene and Kathlene Ritter, Carlene Ritter-Thomas, Sharlene Ritter-Henley, Janice Hill-Pearson, Jeanette Hill-Crawford, Judith Hill-Baker, Jureen Hill, Denise and Dalila Rhymer, Derice Joseph-Rhymer, Chandra Smith, Lydia P. Rhymer, Lilianna Rhymer, Carol and Claudia Hodge and Cassandra Jones.
He is also survived by 37 great nieces; sisters-in-law: Marilyn Rhymer, Harriette Rhymer, Valerie Rhymer and Joyce Rhymer; special friends: Patrick Hodge, Jevon Sasso and Austin Hodge; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention to include the Barry, Industrious, Rhymer, Steele, Cline, Leonard and Blyden families.
There will be a viewing from 7:30-9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a second viewing at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Cane Garden Bay Methodist Church in Tortola. Interment will be in Cane Garden Bay Cemetery.
