Larry Tyler French Dies at 73

Larry T. FrenchLarry Tyler French of Estate Hope and Carlton Hill died on Feb. 15 at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
Larry was an Army veteran. He served for 14 years and attained the rank of major. He also spent 10 years in Saudi Arabia. He came to St. Croix in 1986 where he opened "Under Water St. Croix" until Hurricane Hugo. He then started A/C Construction Services, which he ran for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Lynch; daughters: Eileen M. French (Mass.) and Jennifer E. French, DVM (Va.); son, Patrick M. French (St. Croix); sister-in-law, Anne F. Lynch (Mass.); brothers-in-law: Robert M. Lynch (Mass) and Terrence P. Lynch (Joanne); nieces: Beth Pisacreta (Mass.), Kim Wynn (Mass.), Heather Lynch (Mass.) and Dr. Sharon Lynch, MVB (Mass); nephews: David Lynch, Earl Lynch (Conn.) and Gregory Lynch (Conn.); great aunts: Sr. Patricia James Sweeney, SSJ (Mass.) and Sr. Imelda Maria Fallon, SSJ (Mass.); cousin’s: Dorothy and Steve Borovatz (Vt.), Dr. Robert and Bonnie Satovie (Vt.); and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Cremation will follow.
