DLCA Releases Latest Gas Price Survey

The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) is notifying the public of its latest territory-wide gas price survey findings. The survey was completed on December 20th on St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John. The gas survey is designed to inform consumers on which stations offer the best fuel prices.
St. Croix
The lowest prices found on St. Croix for full service gasoline were $4.89 for premium and $4.59 for regular at Welco Gas Station. The lowest prices for self-service gasoline were $4.29 for premium at A&H Service Station, Amigos Service Station, Caribbean Service Station, Choice Service Station, Get N’ Go Service Station, Karim Service Station, One Love Service Station – West, and Quick Serve Service Station, and $3.89 for regular at Farm Service Station. The lowest price for diesel fuel was $4.09 per gallon at One Love Service Station and Gas City.
The highest prices found on St. Croix for full service gasoline were $4.99 for premium and $4.89 for regular. The highest prices for self-service gasoline were $4.65for premium and $4.24 for regular. The highest price for diesel fuel was $4.81 per gallon.
St. Thomas
The lowest prices found on St. Thomas for full service gasoline were $4.48 for premium at Boynes Trucking and $4.59 for regular at Petrus Gas. The lowest prices for self-service fuel were $4.88 for premium and $4.58 for regular at Race Track, One Stop and Giant Gas. The lowest price for diesel fuel was $4.40 per gallon at Boynes Trucking.
The highest prices for full service gasoline were $5.14 for premium and $4.82 for regular. The highest prices for self service gasoline were $5.09 for premium and $4.89 for regular. The highest price for diesel fuel was $5.09 per gallon.
St. John
Findings represent prices for the only gas station on St. John, E&C self-service station: premium for 4.93 and regular for 4.63. Diesel fuel is 4.88.
