Crime Stoppers Pays

Crime Stoppers pays. Help make sure that crime doesn’t.

If you know something, say something as law enforcement cannot control crime without the help of the law abiding community. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.

Please note that Crime Stoppers technology makes it impossible for anyone to find out who submitted a tip. To learn how we do this, visit www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org and click on How It Works.

St. Croix: On Sept. 14 shortly after midday, the lifeless body of 26-year-old John “Jake” Bierowski was found in Estate Pearl. Tell us what you know about this murder. The minimum cash reward for the arrest of his killer is $1,500.

St. John: On Sept. 15 at about 4:15 p.m., a woman discovered that she did not have her Apple iPhone 4S. Just a few minutes before, while in the area of the Quiet Mon Pub in downtown Cruz Bay, she had her phone. She tried to locate the phone but was not successful. The minimum reward for the arrest of a thief is $536.

St. Thomas: On Sept. 26 at about 6:30 a.m., a woman in Anna’s Retreat was awakened by a burglar who had entered her home through a window. The burglar, described as a black male, left through the front door with her Samsung Galaxy II cell phone and Dell laptop computer. The minimum reward for the arrest of a burglar is $714.

Be part of the solution. Continue to help make our community a safer place to live by submitting information on these or any other crimes at www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org, by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or by texting “USVI” plus your message to CRIMES (274637).

Your tips are completely anonymous, and Crime Stoppers operators speak several languages. If your tip leads to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property, illegal drugs or weapons, you will receive a cash reward to be paid according to your instructions. Only anonymous callers to Crime Stoppers are eligible for these rewards.
