Flor Perez Dies in Puerto Rico

Flor Perez, affectionately known as "Don Flor" amongst his neighbors and friends of Mnte Santo, Vieques, died peacefully on Sunday July 29. He was 94 years old.
Mr. Perez, along with his wife, Eulogia Santos (deceased), operated a grocery store at La Grande Princesse for many years. After retiring, he returned to his hometown, Vieques Puerto Rico, where he spent his time between church, family and friends.
He is survived by his children: Francisco Felix (stepson), Canuto Perez, Cecilio Perez, Daniel Perez and Julia C. Perez; grandchildren: Frank Felix, Glendaly Felix, Vilma E , Vilmari and Francisca Felix, Flor Perez III, Canuto Perez Jr., Maria, Jose, Pancho, Michael, Carlos, Luis D., Julissa, Luis, Sheila, Vie Engerman, Antonio Jr., Roman L. and Paulina Sanchez, Ruben Jr., Nereida Encarnacion and Rafael Acevedo Jr; sister, Josefa Santos Perez; brothers: Daniel and Gilbert Perez; daughters-in-law: Angelina Medina and Milagros Medina; son-in-law, Antonio Sanchez; As well as other relatives and friends who shared many happy moments and love too numerous to mention.
Don Flor was placed to rest on Aug. 2 in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
All arrangements were by Funeraria Conde Esquilin.
