Crime Stoppers Asks for Help

Law enforcement needs your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something, as law enforcement cannot control crime without the help of the entire community. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.

St. Croix:
Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Kahmal Simmonds, who was gunned down in the early morning hours of May 19 in the area of Christian Hendricks Vegetable Market. Another 21-year-old man was injured during the shooting. Help police identify and arrest the individuals responsible for this vicious crime. The minimum reward for the arrest of a murder suspect is $1,500.

St. John: On Sept. 9, 2011, at about 7 p.m. in the Enighed area, a verbal confrontation between two males turned physical and one of the males was stabbed several times. The suspect in this case is Jason "Ras" Williams. Several photos of him can be viewed at www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org . The minimum reward for information leading to his arrest is $357.

St. Thomas: In the early morning of May 11 in Estate Solberg, 18-year-old Mohammed Salem was shot and killed in his vehicle. Tell us what you know so police can identify and arrest the suspect(s) in this murder. The minimum reward for the arrest of a murder suspect is $1,500.
