V.I. Board of Education Holds Public Hearings

The 16th Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) invites the public to hearings regarding its bullying prevention, neighborhood, graduation requirements, and attendance/suspension policies. The hearings will be held from 5:30-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, at the Curriculum Center on St. Croix and Thursday, Oct. 27, in the Lockhart Elementary School cafeteria.
Anyone interested in testifying is asked to call the VIBE offices 772-4144 or 774-4546. Each testifier is asked to provide a hard copy of their testimony in advance. Testimony is limited to three minutes.
