Veteran Jay Uriah Lambert died on July 9 at the San Pablo Hospital in Puerto Rico. He was 62 years old.
He is survived by his daughters: Kyla Lambert and Kimonique Lambert; son-in-law, Lonnie Linton; sisters: Lucille Lambert, Ineta Lambert Lashley, Vashi Lambert and Olivia Lambert; brothers: Uriah Lambert, Cyrus Lambert (Cy), Cynus Lambert (Papi), Daniel Lambert and Heleza Lambert; nieces: Fern, Valene, Jaqueline, Karen, Jo-ann, Andrea and Cheryl; nephews: Terrance, Cyrus, Unah, Urel and Jarvis; special friends: Lauchland Roberts, Leroy Henry, Cyve Morton and Claudia Fredricks; cousins and other relatives: Uriel Caleb, Samuel Hymphrey and Solomon Joseph; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 22, at the Peters Rest Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
