Two brothers, Curdilius Moncherry, 27, and Gaius Moncherry, 23, were arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with a murder that took place last September on St. Thomas, the V.I. Police Department reported.
Major Crime detectives arrested the two at about 3:45 p.m. Thursday based on arrest warrants issued by Superior Court Judge James Carroll.
