Seminar Teaches How to Write Fundable Grants

The University of the Virgin Islands – Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning (UVICELL) Center will be offering a two-part series for anyone interested in obtaining grant funding. The Grant and Proposal Writing Series will commence at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14. Sessions will be held at the Joseph A. Simpson Building, No. 23A Hospital Street in Frederiksted, St. Croix.
The first part of the series will provide effective strategies for organizing the grant writing process. It will teach how to prepare the application and data sources, and provide tips for writing fundable grants. It is open to novices as well as experienced grant writers who work in governmental, non-profit and faith-based settings.
