BMV Has Early Closures on Wednesday

The motoring public is informed that the St. Thomas office of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will be closed at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, for inspection. It will also be closed at noon for vehicle registration and driver license services, according to a press release issued on Tuesday by the BMV. Normal operating hours will resume on Thursday, May 26, with the Inspection Lane opening at 7:30 a.m. and the lobby at 8 a.m.
“Our employees will be attending a general meeting that will enable them to better serve the motoring public, which will go a long way in helping us to provide a coordinated delivery of services to our customers,” Director Jerris T. Browne said. “We regret any inconvenience placed on our customers and thank them for their understanding.”
