Rotary Harborside Schedules Upcoming Activities

Rotary Harborside gives information about its upcoming activities planned for November and December.

  • On the first Saturday of every month (12/4, 1/1, 2/5, 3/5, 4/2, 5/7, 6/4) the Rotary Club prepares and serves a hot breakfast at the Lighthouse Mission in Christiansted
  • November 11 – at 7 p.m., Bingo Night at Rotary Frederiksted Clubhouse will be a joint fundraiser with Rotary Frederiksted and Rotary Harborside.
  • November 13 — at 10:30 a.m. at the Curriculum Center: a 4-Way Test Speech Contest has been changed to Jan. 22, 2011
  • November 24 — at 5:30 p.m., Thanksgiving baskets preparation (please contact for location)
  • December 8 — District 7020 governor’s visit at the Rotary Club’s regular meeting time and place (please contact if you would like to attend so that I can confirm with our district governor, Diana White, from St. Thomas)
  • December 26 — Family Christmas Fun Day (day trip to Buck Island open to Rotarians and members of other service organizations.) $45 for adults and $40 for children; food and drinks will be provided

The Rotary Club Harborside has postponed its annual 4-Way Test Speech Contest. Originally scheduled for Nov. 13, it will now be held at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 22, 2011, at the St. Croix Curriculum Center.
