Olney D. Nicholas, also known as "Nick," of Estate Strawberry died on Feb. 15, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 51 years old.

He is survived by his spouse, Sandra A. M. Nicholas; daughters: Camille, Catherine and Caryne Nicholas; stepdaughter, Aisha Bailes; sister, Josephine Nicholas Essex; brothers: Robert P. Taylor, Samuel J. Nicholas, Eldine L. Nicholas and Adlyn K. Nicholas; nieces: Rhonda Taylor, Briana C. Nicholas and Zephar Nicholas; and nephews: Curtley Taylor, Randolph Taylor, Davaughn Nicholas; Ralston Nicholas, Myrondean Nicholas, Joshua Nicholas and Jos Essex. He is also survived by his uncle, John Anthony; sisters-in-law: Roma Taylor, Hilleriah Nicholas, Myrna Nicholas, Clear Nicholas, Christine Khodra, Anicia Alexander, Beverly Cupid and Jessica Malaykhan; special friends: Loodman, Roger, June, Jerry, Fider, Desuza, Marie, Ms. Marcus and Gertrude Meade; cousin, Lennie Josiah; cousin-in-law, Pealine Josiah; and other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 28, at Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
