St. Thomas Swimming Association Holds Annual Swim-A-Thon

The St. Thomas Swimming Association Inc. (STSA) will hold its 18th annual Swim-A-Thon will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Royal Caribbean Community Aquatics Center (next to the Armory in Red Hook). STSA is looking for teams and individuals to become sponsored swimmers in order to raise money for the annual operating costs so that it will be able to keep their aquatic programs available and affordable to everyone.

Anyone interested in signing up as a swimmer or becoming a sponsor, can call the STSA swimming pool at 779-7872 for details, or log on to the STSA’s Web site at www.sttswimming.org and download the information from the community link. The STSA will also be offering 50 percent off annual memberships at the event when swimmers sign up for one of the aquatic programs.
