Movies 4 Life presents a film by Debbie Ford (not rated, 69 min.) entitled “The Shadow Effect.” It will be shown at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 19, at Pistarckle Theater. On Sunday, Sept. 20, there will be a workshop, also at Pistarckle Theater, where participants will watch the cutting edge Special Interactive Edition, which will guide them through eight exercises designed to reveal the shadow effect in their own lives and present them with opportunities to transcend personal limitations.
