June 16, 2009 – Myron Elias Johannes Jr., also known as "Watashi" or "Tashi," of Estate Calquohoun died at age 44.
He is survived by his sons: Akeem Elias, Akeem Olajuwon, Jahmali, Denny and Elijah Johannes; grandchildren: Shaleem and Selah Johannes; brothers: Roberto Rivera Sr., Marcellino Ventura Sr., Ray Sr. and Jose Sr. Johannes; and sisters-in-law: Andrea Rivera, Aretha Ventura and Beaulah Johannes. He is also survived by aunts: Anna Lindo, Julia, Maria, Lydia, Juanita and Marva Ventura and Marcela Saldana; uncles: George and Hector Ventura, and Leonardo Saldana; great aunts: Vicenta, Dolores and Isabel Monell; great uncles: Gabino and Ignacio Monell; special friends: Irvin Powell, Ernest Martin, Calvin Lang, DenDen, Edwin and Vincent Claxton, Raymond McIntosh, Craig Brodhurst, Dennis Brow, Eddie Williams, Elroy Bates Jr., Alton Krigger and Shelly, as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be tributes at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 9:30 a.m., on Thursday, June 18, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
