Moravian Church to Celebrate 125 Years With a Banquet

In acknowledgement of "125 Years of Teaching, Evangelizing and Ministering – 1884 to 2009," Memorial Moravian Church has scheduled a number of events including a banquet beginning at 7 p.m., Friday, May 15, at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Hotel. The following pastors, who have served the Memorial congregation, will be guests of honor:
Rev. Marvin R. Henkelmann
Rev. Norman E. Prochnau
Rev. Charles M. Peters
Rev. Ralph Prince
Rev. Leon H. Matthias
Rev. Anique Elmes-Matthew
Rt. Rev. Dr. Kingsley Lewis
Rev. Glenville Gregory
Rev. C. Daniel Crews
Rev. Edward Lewis (posthumously)
Tickets are $60 and are available from members of the anniversary committee and the Memorial Moravian Church office. Please call 776-0066 for more information.
