March 28, 2009 – Wendell Arnaldo Duggins of Estate Ruby died on March 23, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
He is survived by his spouse, Sarah Duggins; father, Thomas Payne Duggins; daughters: Cindy Benjamin and Carlene Walker; sons: Jeffrey T., Ernest, Terry, Alex and Eric Duggins; grandchildren: Jamari, Tremaine, Jaimel, Jorrell, Jolyse, Kendall, Curtis, Dorica, Akeem and Erinto; stepdaughter, Teresa Stanistaus; stepsons: Franklyn and Thomas Browne, and Tadius Stevens. He is also survived by sisters: Nesta Duggins Edinborugh and Jean Duggins Hippolyte; brothers: Alton, Albert and Lincoln Duggins; great niece, Venus Valencia Deshawn; great nephews: Vernon, Clyde and Delvin; aunt: Constantia Jeffers; uncle: Edmond Duggins; special friends: Walton, Jack, Benny and Errol; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m., on Saturday, April 4, at the Beeston Hill Wesleyan Holiness Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
