Fifth Constitutional Convention Changes Dates and Venue for Plenary Sessions

March 20, 2009 – The Fifth Constitutional Convention of the Virgin Islands has re-scheduled its plenary sessions of March 24 and 25, on St. John. They will now be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Saturday, March 28; and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, March 29, at the Small Business Development Center's conference room (SBDC Nisky Center), 2nd floor, on St. Thomas.
The delegates remind the general public that all committee meetings and plenary sessions are open for the public to attend, and Sundays are designated as 5th Constitutional Convention Education Program Day on the government access channels (St. Croix, Channel 6 and St. Thomas, Channel 10).
