Jan. 21, 2009 – The St. Thomas Region of the U.S.V.I. Soccer Association will resume the Grassroots Development Program from 4-6 p.m., this Saturday, Jan. 24, at the UVI Grounds. The program is designed for males between the ages of 5-19 and females of all ages. It is structured to introduce the skills of the game to beginners and provided more sophisticated practices for players of different levels. There are no fees. However, participants are expected to acquire their own gear and insurance.
Pre-registration is not required, so participants can register at the practices.
