Sorority Reschedules Meet and Greet for Winning Candidates

The "Meet & Greet Quadrille" sponsored by Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority Inc., Mu Gamma Omega Chapter, originally planned for Oct. 17, has been rescheduled for 8 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at St. Gerard's Hall in Frederiksted. The new event will give all elected officials running in the November 4th Election the opportunity to express their goals and objectives to constituents in an informal setting.
All Greek sisters and brothers are invited to participate in the "Quadrille" wearing their colors in celebration of AKA's 101st birthday. Tickets dated Oct. 17 will be honored at the door. Food and drinks will be on sale.
