Columbus Day Regatta Results Announced

Oct. 12, 2008 — The St. Thomas Yacht Club hosted the Columbus Day Regatta on Saturday and Sunday. There were 58 competitors from St. Croix, St. John, Tortola and St. Thomas. There were nine divisions competing: 420, Laser Standard, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, Optimist Overall, Optimist Red (age 13-15), Optimist Blue (age 11-12), Optimist White (10 and under) and Optimist Green for Novice sailors.
Top three places in each category are as follows (Skipper / Crew):

2. William Bailey / Luke Davis — St. Thomas
3. Olin Davis / Isabelle Teare — St. Thomas

3. Tom Kozyn — St. Thomas
Laser Radial
1. Emma Paul — Tortola
2. Cindy Hackstaff — St. Thomas
