DPNR Announces Commercial Fishermen Registration and Licensing

June 26, 2007 – The Department of Planning and Natural Resources has announced that registration and licensing for all commercial fishermen for 2007-2008 will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, July 9 – Friday, July 13, at the Division of Environmental Enforcement, 6003 Estate Anna's Hope, Christiansted (just west of the Department of Public Works complex).
Commercial fishermen may also renew their boating registrations. They must have their 2006-2007 commercial catch reports submitted to be eligible to renew permit.
After July 13, fishermen may register from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, at the Division of Fish and Wildlife, at the St. Croix Office, 45 Mars Hill, Frederiksted.
