UVI-SBDC Seminar: 'The Missing Link in Customer Service'

May 30, 2007 – The UVI Small Business Development Center will present a seminar, "The Missing Link in Customer Service," from 6-8 p.m., on Wednesday, June 6, at the UVI-Small Business Development Center Training Facility, 2nd Floor, East Wing, Nisky Center, Suite 720, on St. Thomas. Admission is $20. Pre-register and receive a $5 discount. UVI students, faculty, staff and veterans are admitted free with a valid I.D.
The presenter will be J.C. Adonis of Dynamic Customer Service Providers.
Come discover the missing link in customer service, finding it may make a world of difference in your next customer interaction. In this exciting seminar we will look at some of the emotions that may surface during any typical customer interaction, evaluate why these emotions are experienced and determine how to reinforce or reengineer the situation to ensure the best possible outcome with each customer contact.
