May 21, 2007 – Jeanne Bernier, better known as "Florise," died on May 16, at her residence in Bonne's Resolution. She was 61 years old.
She is survived by her husband, Jean Bernier; son, Robert Bernier; and daughter, Patricia Bernier. She is also survived by brothers: Felix Greaux and Eduard Cerge; sisters: Elvina Ledee and Josephine Querrard; grandson, Ethan Luna; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be no viewing. The funeral service will be held at 9 a.m., on Wednesday, May 23, at St. Anne's Chapel. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
