Brief: Various Cabinet Members Soon to Be Sworn In

May 2, 2007 — Individuals tapped by Gov. John deJongh Jr. to head various government departments and agencies will soon take their official oath of office at swearing-in ceremonies scheduled in both districts.
On St. Thomas, ceremonies will kick off at 10 a.m. Friday at Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School. Ceremonies scheduled for St .Croix will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Educational Complex Auditorium.
According to a recent Government House release, the schedule for both events is as follows:
St. Thomas
–Police Commissioner James H. McCall;
–Attorney General Vincent Frazer;
–Commissioner of Property and Procurement Lynn A. Millin;
–Commissioner of Planning and Natural Resources Robert S. Mathes;
–Commissioner of Tourism Beverly Nicholson-Doty;
–Commissioner of Agriculture Louis E. Petersen Jr.; and
— Director of Personnel Kenneth L. Hermon Jr.
St. Croix
–Chief Negotiator for the Office of Collective Bargaining Jessica Gallivan;
–Fire Services Director Victor Browne;
–Commissioner of Labor Albert Bryan Jr.;
–Commissioner of Human Services Chris E. Finch; and
–Commissioner of Licensing and Consumer Affairs Kenrick E. Robertson.
