April 24, 2007 – Lawrence Lee Phillips Jr., better known as "Larry," of 3-H Sea Grape Road, North Star Village, died on April 23. He was 26 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Florence Carty; twin sister, Lonnie "Loretta" Phillips; uncles: Edgar Phillips, Weston Phillips and Ludence Turnbull; and aunts: Mathilda Carty Williams, Mary Carty Henry, Ann Smith, Doris Phillips, Inez Turnbull and Rita Phillips. Other survivors include nephews: Jaymire Donovan and Kimani Reid; niece, Lecah Phillips Reid; special friends: Eileen McCarty, Heather Lambertis and Lorne Clarke; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m., on Thursday, May 3, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m., on Friday, May 4, at Memorial Moravian Church, follwed by a funeral service, at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery, Smith Bay.
