Brief: Delegate Christensen To Hold Listening Sessions Next Week

Feb. 16, 2007 — Delegate Donna M. Christensen will hold listening sessions on all three Virgin Islands next week during the congressional President's Day District Work Period, according to a release from Christensen's office.
"With the start of the 110th Congress and the my increased responsibilities as chair of the Natural Resources Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, it will be a good time to discuss my agenda and legislation introduced for this year," Christensen said.
The Listening Sessions will be held:
–Wednesday, Feb. 21 (St. John)
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Legislature Building in Cruz Bay
–Thursday, Feb. 22 (St. Thomas)
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Charlotte Amalie High School Auditorium
–Friday, Feb. 23, 2007 (St. Croix)
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the St. Croix Curriculum Center at Kingshill.

The general public is urged to attend to learn more about the Christensen's agenda, that of the 110th Congress and to ask questions of congressional concern.
