June 10, 2006 – The Advertising Club of the Virgin Islands annual meeting will be held at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, June 20, at Mahogany Run Golf Course, conference room. The theme is "Make the Club Work for You." This is an opportunity to find out how the Ad Club can help grow your business or organization. It will be a dinner with free wine, a cash bar and door prizes.
There will be two guest speakers from the American Advertising Federation, Joanne Schecter, executive vice president of club services and James Bozeman, newly appointed governor of the 4th district. They will give details on how you benefit as a member of the American Advertising Federation. You can renew or sign up for membership for the 2006-2007 at the meeting.
The Ad Club will also recognize those who have contributed greatly to the success of this season's Ad Club activities and the new Board of Directors for the 2006-2007 season. All are encouraged to come and find out what the Ad Club can do for you and your business.
The cost is $15 for members and non-members. Reservations can be made by calling 776-4800 and paid for by credit card, check or cash. The deadline for reservations is Friday, June 16.
