May 20, 2006 – Tom Bolt & Associates, P.C. announced Friday that A. Jennings Stone III has joined the St. Thomas law firm as an associate. Stone, formerly of Dudley, Topper & Feuerzeig, LLC, will continue to focus his practice on civil litigation as a member of the firm's litigation group and will also serve as a member of the firm's government relations group.
Managing Attorney Tom Bolt said, "We are delighted Stone is joining us as the newest member of our legal team. His reputation and the breadth of his experience across an array of areas of practice will complement what are already superb capabilities of the firm."
Stone served for two years as law clerk for the Hon. Rhys S. Hodge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Prior to his arrival on St. Thomas, Stone clerked as a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta, Ga. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree at American University in Washington, D.C. In addition, he has a master's degree in education and taught high school English for four years in Virginia and for three years in Santiago, Chile.
Stone is a member of the Virgin Islands and the Virginia Bar Associations, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 11th Circuits.
