March 30, 2006 – The St. Thomas Office of the Division of Banking and Insurance will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Monday, April 3, to allow the staff to attend the funeral of Sherrett James, according to a press release from the Office of Lt. Gov. Vargrave A. Richards.
"Ms. James was an employee at the Division of Banking and Insurance and we all grieve her unfortunate passing," Lt. Governor Richards said. He apologizes for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
