Nov. 30, 2005 — Residents of the Blackbeard Hill area will have their water service interrupted Thursday while the Water and Power Authority replaces an old water meter on Seventh Day Street that records distribution in the area.
The interruption is expected to take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The interruption will only affect those customers connected to the system serviced by the booster pump station feeding the area, a release from the authority said.
