Nov. 12, 2005 – Lloyd Donald Clendenen Sr. of Sunny Isles Housing died on Nov. 6, at age 67.
He is survived by his mother, Ethel Greaux; his former wife, Shirley Mae Clendenen; daughters: Yvette and Marion Clendenen, Lauren Clendenen-Williams, and Sheryl Clendenen-Sealey; and son, Lloyd D. Clendenen Jr. He is also survived by sisters: Anna Clendenen-Thompson, Cherrill Benjamin, Marrian Benjamin Raimer, and Carol Benjamin-Hendricks; brothers: Austin, Monroe Jr., Ejnar, and Kenneth Clendenen; and nine grandchildren. Other survivors include his caretaker, Ilma Castillo and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at the Way of the Cross Baptist Church at 10 a.m. to be followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 14. Interment will follow at the Christiansted Cemetery.
