The Virgin Islands Humanities Council wishes to thank all those who contributed to the development and reproduction of its educational documentary We The People Transfer Day Perspectives. Supplemental Study Guides and DVDs will be distributed to Virgin Islands Public and Private High Schools, Libraries and the University of the Virgin Islands.
