Community Support Services

The following list of community support services is provided courtesy of the People Moving Forward Foundation. For more information on the foundation, to volunteer or to make a donation email Allison Smith at retreats@viaccess.net or call 340-779-4585.Look here for everything from meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous to Yoga classes and a lot in between. (recycling centers, domestic violence support groups and religious organizations – to name only a few.)

Animal Care Center of St. John

Monthly spay/neuter program for feral cats. Tested for disease & inoculated before release at feeding station.
Stray dogs are tested for heart worm & tick fever, treated accordingly. When healthy will spay/neuter then fostered out or placed permanently.
We offer assistance to people who would otherwise abandon their pets. If you don’t want your pet please call 774-1625 or 693-5153.
