Sept. 6, 2005 – A long-established real estate business in downtown Christiansted –RE/MAX St Croix — has trumped all the competition to become the top selling office for 2004 in the Caribbean and Central American region within the International RE/MAX System.
When all the figures were tallied, RE/MAX St Croix was awarded the 2004 Top Office – Sales Volume Award along with a handsome glass trophy.
Julie San Martin, managing broker, explained, in a press release, the win by "the little real estate office that could."
"When we realized that every single sales associate in our office was a personal Award Winner, we knew that we were doing something special.
