Dear Source:
I think that the Carnival Committee needs an audit but I do not think that the Carnival has to stop. Lots of people plan for that time, like me: I live in Boston and I come home for that and it is the only time I get to see my mother. I work for the school and that's spring break for me.
Do not change 53 years.
