Fletcher Pitts, 51, Help Found KATS Program

Dec. 27, 2004 –– A memorial service will be held for Coral Bay, St. John resident Fletcher Pitts at 11 a.m. Saturday at Johnson Bay Beach.
Pitts and Robin Clair, his wife, founded the St. John Kids and the Sea program in 1988.
His ashes will be scattered off his boat, Liberty, sometime in January.
Pitts, 51, died Christmas Day at Roy L. Schneider Hospital on St. Thomas after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife, Robin Clair, his father, Charles Pitts Sr., and a brother, Charles Pitts Jr.
