Roundtable Discussions for Nonprofits

Nínive Clements Calegari, executive director of 826 Valencia, a San Francisco nonprofit organization, will hold roundtable discussions on St. Thomas with interested nonprofit organizations to share her insights on running a successful children's nonprofit program.
Calegari is a classroom veteran with a decade of teaching experience. She has also presented at three nationwide conferences focused on teacher coaching, creating fair and successful student assessments and integrating arts into mainstream curricula. Nínive holds a masters degree from Harvard University School of Education in teaching and curriculum.
At the roundtable, she will discuss educational programming for nonprofits, financial viability and building a volunteer community. The tentative date is Thursday, Dec. 2, at 5:30 p.m., at Lilienfeld House on Synagogue Hill.
