DPNR TO HEAR REZONING REQUESTS ON MARCH 18

March 10, 2004 – The Planning and Natural Resources Department will hold a hearing on St. John rezoning applications and other matters at the Legislature Building in Cruz Bay beginning at 10 a.m. on March 18.
Seeking the rezonings are:
– Guilderoy Sprauve of St. Thomas, for a half acre of land on Centerline Road in Estate Adrian, from R-1 (residential, low density) to B-3 (business, scattered). He plans to build a two-story shopping and business center.
– Eric Smalls, for property in Estate Pastory, from R-2 ( residential, low density, one and two family) to R-4 (residential, multifamily).
– Nancy G. Rogers and Dominic B. Watson, for land in Estate Rendezvous and Ditleff, from R-1 to R-2.
