VILLAGE BOOTH APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE FEB. 27

Feb. 18, 1004 – Applications will be available as of Feb. 27 for those persons and groups interested in operating booths in this year's V.I. Carnival Village, dubbed "Freddie's Calypso Kingdom" in honor of Alfred Lockhart Sr.
The Village will open in the Fort Christian parking lot on the evening of April 26 and run through the night of May 1.
Booth applications may be picked up at the V.I. Carnival office; the deadline for submitting them is March 26, according to a release issued on Wednesday by the V.I. Carnival Committee.
According the release, the Village Subcommittee, chaired by Zeathea "Patsy" Milliner, will be hosting a meeting for those interested in operating booths. To find out when and where it will be held, call the committee office at 776-3112.
