Feb. 12, 2004 – A night of Valentine karaoke and dance is planned for Saturday, Feb. 14, at the cafeteria on the St. Croix campus of the University of the Virgin Islands.
The Parents and Students Association for the UVI Upward Bound Program on St. Croix are planning the fund-raiser as a safe place for teenagers after the Agriculture and Food Fair, a release said. The party starts at 8 p.m.
