The Republican Territorial Committee of the Virgin Islands will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 for a videoconference. On St. Thomas it's at the university in Room 101 of the Teacher Education building. Agenda includes petitions, procedures for electing delegates and reports.
