Clementine Noel, 95, of St. Thomas passed away Jan. 23 at her residence. Services have been scheduled for Friday, Jan. 30 at Holy Family Catholic Church. The service time is 10 a.m.
Noel is survived by her son Franklin Howe; daughters Cylma Howe, Rose Howe Labadie, and Elizabeth Jules Thomas; niece Theresa Jno-Finn; nephews Thomas Noel and Bastiany O'Brian; and 18 grandchildren.
