Gabriel "Jakes" George Jacobs, 69, of Estate Whim died Jan. 16 at Juan Luis Hospital. Funeral services are Jan. 24 at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Viewing begins at 9 a.m. Burial to follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
Jacobs is survived by his wife, Daisy; daughters Apra Jacobs, Octavia Pickering and Sonya Clarke; sons Jay Jacobs, Terrance Gumbs and John Gumbs; sister Agnes Jacobs Jacquet Cretids; brothers Antoine, George and Jeroh Jacobs; and seven grandchildren.
