Feb. 10, 2003 – The Virgin Islanders for Responsive Government announced that the winner of its "Piece of the Rock" fund-raiser was Maynor Eusebe of Anna's Retreat. The winning number was 006619.
The nonprofit organization was formed in 2001 to advance community-based social initiatives, and it raffled off a half-care of land in Estate Bolongo valued at $45,000 in its fundraising efforts.
