APRIL
Humanities Festival on St. Thomas. Opening Ceremony

April 1, noon to 2 p.m. in Chase Auditorium
Includes a lecture by Dr. Gilbert Sprauve.
Humanities Festival: lecture by Melvin Claxton
April 4 at 2 p.m. in Chase Auditorium.
Lecture by Pulizter Prize winning reporter Claxton.
Humanities Festival: Library conference
April 5, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Humanities Festival: Journalism Forum
April 5, 5 to 7 p.m. at Chase Auditorium.
Humanities Festival: Celebrating Creative Expressions at Sea
April 6, 9 to 11 a.m. at the Marine Science Building dock.
Humanities Festival: Celebration on the Green
April 6, 4 p.m. in the campus golf course area
Event includes music, art, games and food.
Humanities Festival: Music Recital
April 7, 4 to 5 p.m. at the Frederick Evangelical Lutheran Church
Recital by Dr. JoAnne Stepenson, soprano, and Dr. Lorna C. Young-Wright, pianist.
Humanities Festival: Modern Language Induction Ceremony and Celebration
April 7, 6 to 8 p.m. in the campus cafeteria.
