UVI OFFERS AQUACULTURE SEMINAR THURSDAY

Feb. 26, 2002 – UVI Research Professor Dr. James Rakocy will present a free seminar on aquaculture production systems from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, on the St. Croix campus.
The public is invited to hear how systems are working in Nepal and Bangladesh, where Rakocy has done development work, and in Thailand. His work in Bangladesh has been for Winrock International corporation's Farmer-to-Farmer Program.
The event will be held in the Research and Extension Center Building, Room 133.
