I saw a letter from someone that was reunited with a friend in St. Thomas with your help. I hope you can help me.
I am looking for Carlos Schuster. When I last spoke to him he still lived on St. Thomas. This was in 1992 or 1993, and a hurricane was eminent. He said he would call after the phone lines were restored but that never happened. He had told me the "Schusters" were very well known on St. Croix, but he had been on St. Thomas for quite a few years.
He used to live right by E&M grocery on the North Side, then Crown and Hawk. He was a carpenter/handyman. I tried the last phone number I had for him and it was disconnected. Any help would be greatly appreciated. He was a good friend.
