The 14th year of Tillett's, Classics in the Garden, will begin with the virtuoso violin/piano duo, Thomas Bowes and Eleanor Alberga, known as Double Exposure.
A particular favorite at arts series and universities across the United States and Great Britain, they will perform a wide range of the great Baroque, classical, and romantic masterpieces, as well as works by Alberga herself and other contemporary composers.
Bowes has performed with such conductors as Michael Tilson Thomas and Sir George Solti.
Alberga's musical background includes not only classical training, but she has performed with the Jamaican Folk Singers and an African dance company.
The concert will begin at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25 at Tillett Gardens.
